As part of this year’s modernization work for the Fordoń Housing Cooperative, we are pleased to announce the completion of another phase of the project. In August 2025, a modern passenger elevator located in Staircase II at 2 Szancera Street in Bydgoszcz was opened for residents.
The modernized elevator features a spacious, pass-through cabin with modern automatic doors, significantly improving comfort and safety. Additionally, the elevator serves level “0,” providing seamless access for seniors, parents with strollers, and all residents with limited mobility.
This is another step toward improving the quality of life for residents and modernizing the infrastructure of cooperative buildings.
