Personal data statement
Pobud Sp. z o.o. is the administrator of personal data of its employees and contractors. We ensure that we use it in a safe manner, according to the contract and applicable regulations, and in the period to which we are obliged by law (e.g. tax and human resources). We process personal data in order to fulfill the contract, provide the highest quality of services, fulfill our legal obligations and secure our financial claims.
We may only share personal data to our subcontractors who support us with their services, entities which provide legal, tax, or accounting support, for audit and payments, banks, and public institutions, but only to the extent necessary to perform the contract or to which we are obliged by law.
Each of our employees and contractors whose data is processed may submit a request for data rectification or removal, limitation of data processing, accessing or transferring data to another controller.
Our company has appropriate procedures to detect, report and investigate data breach. If the employee or contractor claims that we are processing their personal data in violation of the law, he may file a complaint to the President of the Office of Personal Data Protection.
